A disgruntled distance learner!
Greetings folks, I am currently a distance learning student enrolled only last week at London Metropolitan University and would like to know your feedback on their establishment. At the moment I am extremely dis-appointed with them as they have failed to answer my calls, still awaiting for my progress test to be marked before I move on to my next chapter of my manual and have lost many times my documents and letters sent out to them. The instructions are poorly and un-professionally laid out which still keeps me guessing what I should do next. So far I have had an extremely bad experience of their service they have provided to me and sent them an email asking for a full refund!
I feel that they have wasted my time and effort and should of spent that extra and enrolled with a professional school who specialise in distance learning and don't give you the impression of feeling isolated.
