Hello,
sorry sushan, you have an offer, but not an offer of employment. You have a business offer. You have switched from being an employee paid for skills to a customer used to fly other customers.
If an airline is not ready to pay for your training, your uniform, salary during training, per diem, then tell them NO.
I am not trying to insult you, don't feel attacked but:
everytime I hear about a guy joining a p2f program, makes me wanna take his licence and burn it, break his face and send him to jail.
I have this guy, son of a millionaire, showing off cause he is "flying" 737s in SE Asia, paid about 50.000 ish for that, and he is proud, asking his flying school mates why they can't find a job when HE can. Disgusting.
