If the system isn't working which it blatantly isn't, and hasn't from it's inception then perhaps they should fix it, after all it is their playground.
Oh and Jim you've hit the nail on the head it's a SYSTEM problem and the solution needs to be a collective approach - airlines, airport, air traffic provider...
