Bloggs: All i can say is you should get out more. Changing PTL's are a daily occurrence and no, my ilk do not choose to ignore it. Took a 90 minute delay on ground. Departed to arrive at PTL and still got 25 mins holding. In the last 4 weeks have spent over 10 hours on the ground and still held for over 4 hours!
