Im just about to go thru the last of the exams for the IR H and all going well i will be doing the IR around December time. What was your experience like in Norway and how much did it cost and on what aircraft did you do it on?
My experience with EHC was fantastic - they bent over backwards to make it work for me. Total cost was around £37k, including the costs of conversion from GBP->NOK, and including flights to/from Norway and staying at EHC; you could save a bit by being a bit cleverer about how you do the currency conversion (I just went through my bank). I did the course on a Bo105 (no AP, stablisation, etc) with the sim part in an AS350 sim (don't remember the specific make). Dec/Jan is a decent time to do it, although you may get unlucky with the weather - it took me about 6 weeks total from start to finish.
