Don't worry, HS2 will not get built, its too expensive. We need more rail capacity, not more speed. Much more likely that the Fairford Branch will get rebuilt! The Oxford-Worcester line is already being redoubled. Sod all to do with RAF Brize Norton, except that it once had 2 railway stations (Brize Norton & Bampton and Carterton).
