2 questions come to mind:
1 - Is 1500m long enough for a 737-800, or is there perhaps an expectation of limited passenger numbers / an extension to be built in the next 12 months ?
2 - Why is St Gallen expected to work when Friedrichshafen didn't ? Are St Gallen really paying that much in marketing subsidies ?
