I wonder if the policy will make any change. Only time will tell until word gets out on the streets of Colombo, Kabul and Baghdad that you will only have a fleeting glimpse of the promised land before ending up in a Malaysian or other off shore camp for a year or two.
As for the mode of transport. You would have thought the back of a C130 would be the most sensible from a security perspective.
