With my usual 'luck' of predicting those things, they'll probably announce this tomorrow ! But people in Montenegro aren't overly optimistic this will happen. Local politicians are quite aware this will mean the death of MNE Airlines. But I guess one can't turn the tides. The Montenegrian coast now is very expensive (you surely read about the Rothschild party), not really an obvious place for the kind of tourists FR carries. Due to MNE not (yet) being EU or Schengen member and therefore having much less strict rules for Russians.
