Airline Process related to ur TRTO.
In Exam : In depth Questions on systems, no TRTO will waste time on systems, as it is not much required for FFS, just an overview is required.
Questions will not be from FCOM direct, you need to understand it very very well.
In Interview: About your instructor, procedures and FFS, They will ask you a lot of questions related to your procedures. which no TRTO will explain.
In FFS: Procedures need to be in accordance to Airbus, most of the instructors have their own procedures and don't follow airbus or modify it.
This is just according to my experience,,, alot of things change and get worst for people who are weak in systems and airbus procedures.
ALSO before joining a TRTO, make sure your instructor is well versed with English (TRTOs in Europe have a major problem, including CAE madrid)
