Avoid.
1. Latest contract Bonds you for your yearly recurrent.
2. If you get your Chinese License it's owned by the company, not you, so no free transfers.
3. Only a 2 year contract + Either party can cut loose with 3 months notice at any time and for no reason = Never settle down.
4. Any problems/issues with anything (pay, incidents, personalities etc) then don't rely on Employment law - there isn't any.
5. Pay is poor for anyone with Type-rating/experience. Result is most recruits are inexperienced and/or desperate.
Basically, Chinese management are trying to do it on the cheap. As Expat pilots keep leaving they try to find ever more ways to keep you with contractual stings.
