Personally I think you will see FR in GLA before the end of 2012.
It is amazing they didn't get in there immediately after the demise of Y2, it was a major opportunity missed. I would imagine that FR have an amazing deal at PIK though.
Edit: The demise of Y2 was very unfortunate and sad. This post is not meant to imply I am glad that it happened.
