Having had just paid for my years subs I was sent my first copy (albeit two months old and one which I already had) and was then sent a polite letter stating Helivator was no more. I understand these are tough times but the decent thing would have been to refund the subs, or better still not take them in the first place!
Ironically the website says they were so successful last year that they've doubled the frequency of the publication this year. Only ever saw one copy!
