I dont know how you make this sense about Lapsed RTR= Lapsed FRTOL
Both are different licences. Its just we need both of them to be vaild and Current to fly a VT registered aircraft.
If its according to what you saying, then what is the sense of issuing both the licence.
Are you getting FRTOL on basis of your foreign FRTOL or Indian RTR?
DGCA FRTOL is issued on the basis of your RTR ....if RTR is lasped then how can FRTOL will be valid?
You need to have valid RTR not matter what is the category of RTR....you just need both as you posted ,so how come RTR is invalid and FRTOL will be valid when your previous one has lapsed?
