Very idealistic but exactly how will that pay a mortgage, put food on the table and keep the lady of the house happy?
What's so wrong with being idealistic? Most people have got so far from their childhoods dreams because it's been beaten out of them by listening to the nahsayers and the dreamstealers and allowing themselves to be programmed by all sorts of negative garbage being pumped out by main stream media - want to feel better? Just stop reading the newspapers, watching tv and listening to radio - take control of your input and start watching/reading/listening to stuff which is going lift you.
