How very exciting FR will make a base at MAN, well I would be most surprised if they join a Flybe route, ie LDY. They dont seem to have many examples of doing this in the past.
So I expect that the base launch at MAN will be a wash with ByeBye bmiBABY... And as WW move on and get ready to launch a BHD european operation, ie starting next spring, the question is if the runway gets extended at BHD will FR be in to create havoc for WW?
Can anyone who is in the know give details as to how LBA base is going, I have heard some talk that it is at best marginal, and if I am not mistaken the expansion of LBA was as a direct result of falling out with MAN airport before, so for me the question is Will a MAN base effect LBA or LPL, my guess would be that MAN will give v cheap deal for the routes that come from either of those airports to MAN.
