It seems like a few people out there who don't work for falcon just like to beat us up as much as they can on pprune.If you ask most of the pilots working at falcon today , they are happy about having this JOB.Surely ,there are things that can improve but if you really care about the company you work for , then do it constructively.I'd suggest to anyone working at FECA that has a problem with the chief pilot,please give him a call and talk to him instead of blasting him off on this forum.It takes a second to destroy a relationship but years to build one.
Lots of guys who've worked here in the past and have then moved on to great jobs at airlines like cathay,dragonair,NAS,airlines in europe and the states and I'm sure once things pick up globally there'll be more movements happening.
Yes I'm a pilot at falcon and I enjoy what I do here and someday intend to move on when things pick up globally ..but you know what, it's hard for me to move on to a new job and lose what i have here, and the only reason I'd consider moving is for the experience of flying jets.
Well , there you have it folks and please let's try to make things better.
