The ISP site is one I can't open so can't get through to the help desk on line.
This cam up on an attempt from "Bonjour"
The name of the file that caused this problem is mDNSResponse.exe.

Problem is,
AFAIK I didn't install Bonjour so don't know whether this is to be trusted; the knowledge Base is an Apple one, guess what, I can't open it
