l3yuh it will be easier for you to go to Emirates Career Centre website and look for the list of Open Days and Assessment Days for the upcoming months. There you have all the different countries in the world in which they will be held and some of them show "remarks" saying if they have appointed agencies, of course if they don't, the remark isn't there.
