I would LOVE to hear more about how the Chief Pilot "catches" the pilots. Pardon me for my total insanity, but isn't the Chief Pilot suppose to be the leader of a team instead of the rat?? Surprised to hear that needless to say!!
Speaking about the CP, I heard he was the Chief Flight Instrutor and that the position was awarded due to the lack of interest by the other pilots? Any truth to that? Pardon me for being so blunt to say this, but it seems like this might be a case of an individual who has the book smarts but lacks the street smarts!?
betavalve: It could just be me reading your posts incorrectly but you seem to have a lot of attitude and opinion towards a company that you don't even work for? What gives? Don't get me wrong, your last comments where quite right, however there are most likely a million factors involved and I'd say we're privy to 5-10% of them. Hardly enough to really rant about something we can't change. Lets just get as much info as we can, thrown in the required salt and make a decision from there?!?! Deal?
