Hi there, unfortunatlly they are very picky for that 212 cm reach the reason is that they want to make sure that you can reach the emergency equipements onbord the aircraft , almost all the airlines all over the world require that unless they only have dash8 small aircrafts, I read few of the posts and some people got rejected because they could'nt reach that 212cm.
Hope this answer your question , but i would say give it a try you have nothing to lose, if they reject you then you know it's because of height and not something else
