. I have a few questions for you. I went to a Caribbean Airlines recruitment, this was my third attempt and I was rejected because of my height. They are now claiming that the Civil Aviation requirements for FA height is a minimum of 5ft 3" although I still have a copy of their new paper ad. that says minimum height 5ft 2"
further more I know of shorter FA's flying with CAL so this, I am assuming, must be some new rules. I measured up at 5ft 2.5" on their BMI scale, soo close yet so far
, disappointing. They didn't over look the 1/2 inch.
My question is, how strict is EK with the reach test of 212cms? Do you have to reach facing the wall or back to wall? Do you touch with both hands or one? Do you have to touch over the marker or is just tipping it ok?
I made a marker on my wall at home and I can touch a few mm below the line (I figure I could just get nail extensions to make up for that) but, I intend on stretching everyday (yoga too) to reach it comfortably for next OD. Just to be sure can you give me some clarity on this issue please.
