I love the camaraderie amongst us, its awesome!
Beaverfly, in our group at the final interviews, we were only four guys and about twenty girls. If I were an Emirates HR representative, it would make sense to sort through the guys first and then get to the girls. I'm assuming that that's what happened in our case and that's why I would've received feedback sooner than honey16. (She and I were at the same assessment day)
Otherwise I suppose there could be many other reasons why some take longer than others to get their calls. I strongly doubt though, that a longer wait means a lesser chance of success.
I know all about the gruelling wait! But I promise you, when you get your Golden Call, you wouldn't mind doing it all again! Its totally worth it
To all the people new to this forum, please go through this thread and previous ones to familiarise yourselves with the processes and FAQ's pertaining to the OD, AD, FI, Joining Formalities and everything else you might need to know.
