I am not quite sure with that but all i know is that cases related to cornea are case to case basis[individual] (Refer to medical handbook page 32). To my knowledge doctors don't prefer to operate patients with thickness less than 400 microns. and i don't think there is any such mandatory parameter set by DGCA regarding cornea thickness as one of my friend got it done and has no major issue getting through class one.
