A320 type rating(YES or NO)

Hi everyone. I hope all of you are doing well and hopefully has been reached to most of your goals already.
First i would like to give you a brief intro about myself then ask you a question please.

-I'm a general aviation flight instructor from MidEast and i already have more than 1700 total flying time mostly on a Single Engine airplanes.

I have got my licenses from the Philippines around 6 years ago.
Since then i wasn't able to get into the airlines by following a usual ways

I have a few friends in the Philippines who are flyng in cebupac(But they are surely from the Philippines)and good for them

I would like to ask if anyone knows in case i go and get my A320 type rating at clarks aviation ,would there be any chances for me to get hired and start flying as an F/O in cebupac?
By the way i have no jet times as of now.

I do appreciate any useful replys.
