Seems to me that they need alot of pilots- will they ever recruit roockies straight out of flight school? Will t and c improve due to "shortage"? In my opinion its all bull!!!! and there never will be a shortage- its just a race to the bottom but the race in the gulf is hotting up(excuse the pun)
