You say "management is OK" but are they not part of the problem. Management should realise that the people working in their organisation are the most important asset they have and should encourage good morale in order to get the best out of the people.
Does management know of the problem some of you have with your Chief Pilot? If so and if they dont do something to solve the problem then they are contributing to it just as much.
Also dont they realise that a lot of people around the world do read this very public forum and all this talk of low morale is giving your company a very bad name. Management must not be too fussed about your public image then.
I used to want to join Falcon but now see it as a bit of light humour everytime I read your company threads.
Out of interest is anyone happy there??
