What should have occurred is the refusal to "land" at Barbados, then kept inside until arrangements for "removal" at their cost (under restraint to prevent further instances), then handed to UK authorities who have jurisdiction for the offences on board which occurred on UK territory"flight" - then sentence here with condition to prevent flying
