Difference between PITCH TRIM and STAB TRIM ?

With an all moving stabiliser, we trim the stab. The elevators can then relax to a "faired" almost midway neutral position.

Unless you are on a Tristar, where the elevators are geared to the stabiliser and do not move on their own.
