But have to agree with coffin. I reckon Flybe must have had close to 200 resignations over the 12 month period around the merger from a combined workforce of what, 650ish. A training airline expects a turnover, but that's not insignificant.
The fact that bases were being overcrewed to give DECs the base of their choice as an enticement shows just how desperate things were.
