I agree there was a very high staff turn over for a while but still not a mass walkout in my books. If you call 30 - 35 pilots leaving a large airline a "mass walkout" then so be it, I just dont agree. And with not much sign of business improving its unlikely you will see a mass walkout any time soon (if ever) in anyones interpretation.
So for the forseable future, Flybe management are holding all the cards (and only small numbers will be recruited (and definately no DEC's)).
Enough said, shall we move on?
