You're just being pedantic and nick picking over the figures for the hell of it, maybe you have nothing better to do, but you know damn well we were losing more F/Os per month than we could recruit. We were so short of captains & F/Os to upgrade that we had to open up DEC. Even post merger we were hiring DEC. I'd call that a mass walk out from where I come from.
