You don't need an FP for Bournemouth (or any other UK airport, if flying to/from the UK,
AFAIK).
You need to phone the man with the Asda mobile phone ("Bournemouth Handling") and get, wait for it, a "PPR number" from him. ATC may ask for this number.
But if you are visiting a based company or flying club then PPR is not required and BH are not in the picture, I gather.
