They have recently taken delivery of 3 new dash 8 at least which they have not crewed for. This combined with the new jets arriving in June onwards means that we are still increasing the fleet. I also believe that Jedi the oldest aircraft that was due to go soon has also gone. Company bulls
It to scare the pilots during the pay negotiating. The company was great to work for a few years ago, but all that was good has crumbled. I am a senior FO and would love to stay, but at the end of the day money counts when you have a family and the pay is not fantastic.
