Regarding the next intake of pilots later in the year. Do people think they will take on any 250 hour fATPL's. I heard they had but with a large payment for the TR, then they decided to go for the Mil pilots instead.
Is it a case that eventually the Mil & qualified pilot supply will run out and also the fATPL's willing to pay £15000+ for the TR? Whats the chances of them ever taking on low hours recently qualified pilots again and paying their TR's?
