A question... about requirements for non type rated DECs, the Jet2 website says:
"A minimum of 3,000 flying hours, of which 1,000 hours must be command time on a medium to heavy commercial or military multi-crew, multi-engine jet or heavy multi-crew, multi-engine turbo-prop aircraft"
Does anybody know what their cut off point for a "heavy" turboprop is? Would this mean aircraft like the Hercules or Electra, or would a Q400 be "heavy" enough at 29,000Kgs?
