I must live around the corner from you in Najma!!!!! However, I agree with some of your comments above. I too am concerned about the high staff turnover....it is phenomenal and I have always commented about this since I joined PPrune way back.
Shiny new airplanes arent everything. Correct. I am somewhat saddened at the current situation regarding the staff turnover and morale. But, I have my own thoughts on this and believe that this is something that a certain short-sighted individual relishes by showing that he doesn't particularly care about all his management leaving.
As a passeneger though, I enjoy the company and want it to succeed.
Kenoco (Christine!) - I am sure that this is not your real name, since I don't know anyone called Christine who just left the Cabin Crew.......anyway.......I took your advice and am heading off to get out a bit more and re-charge my batteries. this time tomorrow I should be in Male (Inshallah) - flying of course on, you've guessed it, Qatar Airways.............who else.
