Hey three bars, no matter which company someone works for there will always be someone that is not happy, that thinks the grass is greener, or that has only worked for one airline, and really has no idea what other companies are like.
Many are leaving for the Sand Pit, yet how many guys are there wishing they were back in the UK? I know guys that went to BA that are not happy there either.
This 60 percent figure, where did you get it? did you ask 10 guys and six said they were not happy, or did you talk to all the hundreds of pilots and ask them?
Again personally I don't put numbers or say things on this forum that I am not 100 percent sure about. I am also a huge believer in, "if you are not happy fix it"
