As for your question to me, the average (fair) wage for a type rated DE experienced FO in the UK for a 737/757/A320 type job is around the £48-50k mark + sector pay & benefits. That's based on what the likes of Monarch, EasyJet, TCX, Thomson, bmi, DHL pay.
