I have been in Jet2 for over three years now and i can say that generally they are a good employer. Yes there is a reduced wage whilst you are training but have you looked at what is happening at easyjet or ryanair and their pay to fly schemes? The salarys at Jet2 do need improving and i think that management are beginning to see that, as the company is growing it now needs to develop its terms and conditions to become a career airline as the training inconvenience as well as cost will become to much to manage on a yearly basis with the size of the airline. As others have said it is a friendly airline to work for and really does have its good points, all it needs is to grow out of its teenage years and mature and it will be great.
