... is also why Jet2 will always have a very high attrition rate and hence why 60% admitted they see themselves leaving within 2 years.

You state the FO wage is £42932. You then say after the pittance that is paid during line training you are then on the full pay which would equate to over £50000. I can't see how you work this out even with sector pay.
