Very well put ekslave, finally some sense and a long(er) term vision!
But I guess the people who apply now (the low-cost 'I must get command on shiny medium jet' generation) don't want to hear it, just like they didn't want to hear anything that would burst their bubble when they joined the crappy low-cost outfits that they now so desperately want to leave.
