About going cheaper, there is also another FTO in Portugal (Gestair Academy) wich still does SE IR(H), wich costs about half of the ME IR(H), although later you will need to convert it from SE to ME. In some cases if the future employer is a TRTO/FTO, there´s a cance of doing the SE to ME IR conversion with favourable conditions...
