I agree, but then again within Europe Air Berlin have been selling these sorts of routes as scheduled for years, so TOMs EU services might be scheduled.
However I can't help thinking that bilateral agreements between the EU and places like Jamaica & Mexico might mean some of the scheduled services might be entering the realms of fantasy!
