Are we not CPL holders A.K.A Commercial Pilots.....< Commercial > means getting paid to work?
Sorry but doing this P2F is LAME ....keep the money in bank savings and get 4% per year on 27000 $ ...lol its less but still your money would be in bank and generating little but some money for you.Take a breath and relax just like many are doing.
TR without a job is risky....im from India and i currently know a dozen guys who got TR on either bus/NG sitting idle since 2 years....only those got job who had luck with hardwork or pull ....if you got later one ....then go ahead.
