These new procedures are absolutely rediculus. One of the longer arrivals for 19R coming from the south requires to fly at FL100 at 220 IAS for close to 50nm!! Due to "noise abatement"? Who are they kidding??

Funny thing is that some of the procedures bring you straight over Oslo city anyway, usually pretty high yes but being held at at least FL100 for another 50nm then what difference does it make? Extremely time and fuel consuming procedures, and not exactly very environmentally friendly but on the contrary.
