I have not heard of any American pilots or FAA licence holders being hired by Tiger Airways. I will be extremely amazed and surprised if Tiger Airways hired Singaporeans (there are many too) who are FAA licence holders.

There are American pilots (FAA ATP Licence holder) hired by SIA and those are Captains. If you are are holder of FAA ATP Licence with commanding heavy-jet hours, licence conversion to CAAS is very easy.
