I agree with Skipness about UK domestic services dying however whilst it is true that FR are not a connectivity airline and you cannot fly via Stansted with them on one ticket to a European destination it is quite possible to fly into Stansted on one booking and out again on another booking allowing suitable time to disembark, collect baggage and then check in again for the onward flight. I and many others have down this on many occasions flying from Edinburgh especially to Stansted, but also Luton and Gatwick. The onward flight can also be with another carrier but the point is there may well be many from Aberdeen who would welcome a link to Stansted with FR for the above reasons.
