If BASSA can only operate now because it has, presumably, the full time services of Messrs Holley and Everard plus the two other full time employees, that doesn't sound very good. Does this mean that under normal conditions it fails to run efficiently? Isn't it the job of the executive to ensure that adequate resources are available to ensure this. Sounds like another failure to me. I do hope that members dues are not being used to fund this shortcoming.
