Radical approach? Wow. You should be a journo! Training Manager at the helm? C'mon. I have heard the rumors but that is just another smear at Level 2. Capt given a direct threat flying over a large expanse of water? What are you talking about. Slow down. Take a breath!
There maybe a lot in what you say. You need to learn how to say it. Please stop taking swipes at your colleagues too.
